My career began as industrial designer, graduating from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). From there, I worked primarily within the commercial play industry, designing play systems for some of Australia's largest companies. This involved developing a range of commercial play systems that have now been installed across the globe, pushing the boundaries of what could be achieved in commercial play settings, and working on complex projects for companies such as McDonalds, Vodafone, Donut King, Nike and the largest hospitality groups in the country.
With the pandemic of 2020 throwing up a few curveballs, I took the time to explore other industries. After several months of study in the area of UX (User Experience), I began exploring the world of motion design - and the rest is history. I immersed myself in courses from School of Motion, Houdini School and Mograph.com, and continue to embrace and absorb as much knowledge about the space as I can. Combining a decade's worth of hard-surface modelling with an appetite for simulations, mograph and tackling complicated effects, I endeavour to be flexible enough to tackle any problem head-on.
When it's time to kick back, I'm a soccer tragic (Arsenal, Sydney FC), love live music, travel, dining and getting outdoors.
